Lucifer's Mansion, Sunday Night

Last week had gone a bit... off-plan. And while they'd tried - and largely succeeded - to clear the air right after, Lucifer still felt tonight's date night required a bit more time spent on the actual 'date' portion, rather than the therapeutic sexcapades.

"You know what we haven't gotten much use out of in here in some time?" Lucifer asked, as he set down his empty dessert bowl, "The living room."

Perhaps it was best to try the cuddling and talking before the heavy stuff, this time.

"What are you doing, then?" Lucifer asked, his own mouth curving right along with hers.

Sap.

"Already told you."

Could the curve go further? It was trying to.

"Brat," Lucifer said, and kissed her.

That killed off any objections she might have had. Or any lip-licking she might have done.

It was all good: she could lick his, instead.

Lucifer approved of this kind of lip-licking, frankly. He slid his hand into her hair and pulled her in close, reaching for the joint with the other hand.

Didn't want anyone burning themselves, now.

No, that would've been a bummer.

And Octavia needed that freed hand for running it all over his chest, anyway.

Lucifer put the joint down on the glass coffee table behind him. His newly-free hand settled on her back, and he let himself lean slowly back onto the sofa.

Octavia went with him. Or, really, pushed a little further. Not quite climbing into his lap but definitely leaning.

Look, there was a hand in her hair, she would follow that wherever, right now.

"Hello, gorgeous," Lucifer sighed when he was prone, and kissed her again, running his hand down her back until he could slide it down the back of her trousers.

"Mmmm." There was no other way to respond to that right now, not when such a simple action felt so nice. "Hello, Lucifer."

"You're still wearing too many clothes," Lucifer murmured against her mouth, doing his best to give her arse a squeeze anyway

Octavia knew she should've worn her sweats. Ah well.

"Takes one to know one." That was not... quite how you were supposed to use that, but, okay. "Do something about it."

Well, this wasn't usually a sweats night.

"Oh, yes, ma'am," Lucifer said, delighted. Smiling. Maybe infusing it with a more playful version of his usual Sunday-night-with-Miss-Octavia attitude.

He pulled his hand out, since he needed both to unbutton her trousers and push them down. Like... so.

Octavia did the rest of the work from there, wriggling her way into being able to kick the pants off her ankles, where they landed carelessly on the floor.

"Better?"

Answering might have been easier had she not let herself get drawn into the urge to kiss him again.

"Much," Lucifer said. Oops, when had both his hands landed on her rump?

Right when they were supposed to!

Judging by Octavia's entirely unnecessary little wiggle.

Lucifer laughed, his whole chest shaking with it. "I love you," he said, and squeezed, and nibbled on her bottom lip.

"I love you," Octavia told him, right into that nibbling. "And your pants, though they should be off."

Maybe she'd help with that in a second.

"You're welcome to remove them," Lucifer said smugly. "I know someone who's eager to say hi."

Octavia laughed. "Does that someone live in your pants?"

Okay, maybe she was a little high.

It was delightful. "He absolutely does, clever guess!"

Lucifer was also well on his way.

Octavia snickered some more.

But she also shifted a little, sitting up a bit, to get her hands on his belt.

"Good start," Lucifer told her, encouragingly.

Octavia looked far too amused as she unbuckled the belt. And when she undid his fly.

And when she began dragging the pants down his hips.

Lucifer shifted his hips up off the couch, helping her slide them away.

Big Ben was, in fact, already looking forward to striking.
