Lucifer's Mansion, Sunday Night

There were plans to open the club - finally - and plans to go to Austria for a few days to see an opera - exciting - and Octavia had been doing better recently, so... Lucifer was in a good mood, actually, when Sunday came around.

So yes, the candles were out again tonight. And a rather imposing spread of seafood, picked up from the mainland. With mango rice, of course.

It was Octavia. Couldn't do without the mango rice.

"How do you feel about the snapper?"

And on flesh that had had a moment to work on developing the beginning of a bruise, too. It stung worse than it had with the last strike, and Octavia ave a sharp hiss.

But also: "One."

Lucifer's mouth twitched. She couldn't see it.

He remained silent. The second strike was just as sure, and just as harsh.

Her eyes were shut tight again.

She wondered, faintly, how little the fabric seemed to do to soften the blows.

"Two."

"Hm," Lucifer hummed.

But he didn't let up, delivering one strike, then another. Counting up to five in his own head. Wondering how red her skin looked, under the fabric.

Octavia counted out loud, voice getting just a little more strained with each hit.

It felt red.

The fifth one landed with just a bit more force. As Lucifer shifted, he kept counting in his head - giving her half a count to recover.

The 'five' from Octavia's lips came out half a whimper. She found herself trying to steel herself for the next one.

It came down a fraction of a second later. But on the other side. The skin he'd given time to settle.

So much for steeling herself. All it did was make the impact actually rock her briefly to the side since all her expectations had been going the wrong way.

Another curse slipped out before she managed the forceful "Six."

"Woefully unprepared," Lucifer sighed, and settled into his new rhythm. The blows were fast, all three of them. A little less rough because of it.

Octavia didn't much settle into it. Just... endured.

"Seven. Eight. Nine."

Sensations blended into one.

And then came the last one, no different than the ones that had come before.

The only difference was that he pulled away his hand afterward.

That the sound of his zipper was audible.

"Ten."

And then -- his hand was gone. And both sides of her ass ached, and there was that sound.

She forgot to breathe.

Lucifer pressed himself against her arse. Pulling his length out, letting it slide against the crease.

A shiver rippled its way down - up? - Octavia's back as both want and dread surged through her.

Wishing for thinner layers of fabric -- no, thicker -- no, none at all...

"Do you still want to suck on it?" Lucifer said, voice low and silky.

Want/dread.

Want/dread.

Want/dread --

Was Octavia supposed to be able to answer that? Because Octavia did not seem to be able to answer that, even after swallowing, even after parting her lips as if words were about to come out.

"Turn around."

He sat back. Just a bit.

There was something shaky and reluctant about how Octavia pushed herself back up onto her hands and began to turn, as if she would've preferred to keep hiding her face.

Because she would have preferred to keep hiding her face.

But she turned the entire way around, still on all fours. Still with her eyes cast down towards the mattress.

"Look," Lucifer said flatly. "You don't get to hide."

The flat authority belied how much he was trying to gauge her mental state right now. How far to go.

Slowly, Octavia looked up at him.

It probably didn't clear up much. She had that slightly wide-eyed look about her, something uncertain and small about her expression.

Lucifer reached out for her. His fingers curled around her chin. His thumb pressed against her lips.

"Let me see your mouth," he said.

Well, that was simple at least.

Her mouth opened, wide.

And Lucifer pressed his thumb down onto her tongue, his expression clinical. (Reassessing the situation, changing his approach.) "Hm."

Octavia let him. Quiet and compliant.

Now that she'd looked up at him, her wide eyes were staying on his face. Trying to get a read on what to expect.
